The Acme Valentine Candy company makes boxes of candy with 6 rows having 8 chocolates in each row. They make two kinds of chocolate, miIk chocolate and dark chocolate. If company policy requires that there be at least one dark chocolate in every row and column, how many ways are there to do this?

What if there are m rows and n chocolates in each row?
